This is a factory new Rock River Arms A4 complete pistol upper receiver.  It has a 10.5″ chrome lined chrome moly barrel with a 1:7″ twist, R-4 Handguard , an A-2 flash hider with a 1/2″X28 Thread pattern and front sight ready gas block.   It will ship in the factory box with paperwork.  NOTE:  NFA Rules apply on this item.  Shipping and insurance to your FFL Dealer will be $35.00.
