We complete all of your paperwork (Form-4) and fingerprint cards in our shop. All you will need is two passport photos which you can have taken at Walgreens or Walmart. For out of state customers, we can transfer this item to your NFA-SOT dealer on a Form-3 and they can complete your Form-4 paperwork for your transfer after ATF approval. You will need to pay a $200.00 tax at the time we complete your paperwork but keep in mind, if the Hearing Protection Act passes in Congress, you will be reimbursed for the $200.00 tax.
