This is a factory new Rock River Arms A4 complete upper receiver chambered in 6.8 SPC.  It has a 16″ chrome moly steel barrel with a 1″10 twist rate, R-4 handguard, dust cover and front sight ready gas block.  We reference the 6.8 SPC as a ‘short’ .270.  Shipping and insurance to your FFL Dealer will be $30.00.
