This item is a new from the Bushmaster factory Complete IZZY upper and is ready to drop on your Mil-Spec lower. The IZZY has a 14″ barrel with a permanently mounted 2″ flash suppressor and a removable A3 carry handle for mounting of optics. This item can be shipped directly to the buyer because it does not have to be transferred by a FFL dealer. We accept certified bank funds or USPS money orders.
